Privacy
This website collects no data. There are no forms, no analytics and no accounts: you can read all of it without leaving a trace. Personal data exists only when you write, and then it is whatever you wrote.
Who is responsible for the data
Antu, as data controller. Her name and contact email are in the legal notice.
What happens when you write
Writing on WhatsApp shows your phone number, your profile name and your message. By email, your address and your message. It is used to reply and to arrange the class or journey in question, and for nothing else: there is no newsletter, no advertising, and nothing is passed to anyone to sell you something.
The lawful basis is your own interest in getting an answer and, if you do sign up, performing that agreement.
Conversations are kept while there is a relationship and deleted once they are no longer needed. If invoicing is ever involved, whatever the law requires to be kept will be kept for as long as it says.
When someone else runs the journey
If the retreat is managed by a school or an agency, the details needed for the booking have to be passed on: usually your name and a contact, and sometimes whatever their insurer asks for. You are always told before it happens, and from that point that company is responsible for what it does with them, under its own policy.
If you end up buying something
Shipping needs a name and an address, and if you pay by bank transfer, your bank shows Antu the account holder's name and the account the money came from. Those details are used to send you what you ordered and to know the payment arrived, and for nothing else. This website plays no part: there is no gateway and no form, and card details are never requested.
Who the messages travel through
WhatsApp belongs to Meta, and email to whoever provides it: messages pass through their servers and are also governed by their policies, which may involve transfers outside the European Union covered by the safeguards those companies declare. If you would rather not use WhatsApp, write to the email address.
What the site stores in your browser
Nothing. The language is not stored: it lives in the address, because the English version sits under /en. Closing the tab leaves nothing behind.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, for it to be corrected or deleted, for the processing to be restricted or objected to, and for your data to be ported. Write to the email address in the legal notice; you get an answer within a month.
If that answer does not satisfy you, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or, for anything that happens in Andorra, to the Andorran Data Protection Agency (apda.ad).
Under-18s
The classes and journeys are meant for adults. When someone under 18 takes part, the booking and the details come from whoever holds parental responsibility or guardianship.
If this changes
Today the site measures nothing and has no forms. If analytics or a booking form are ever added, this text gets updated before they go live, not after.
