YOGA PA’SONREÍR

Antu

Yoga teacher and ecotourism manager

I believe nature reminds us of who we truly are when we stop rushing.

I surrender to nature to connect with my own nature, and from there, I invite others to live mindful experiences that integrate yoga with outdoor activities to cultivate presence, simplicity, and connection.

Training

She trained in Rishikesh, on the banks of the Ganges, at the Rishikul Yogshala school. She came back with what she teaches today: that practice is not about reaching a pose, but about holding your attention while the body moves.
